April Pet of the Month
Meet Baxter! Baxter is a 5-month-old cockapoo. Math teacher Taylor Kenfield just got him right after Valentine’s Day. Baxter is a winter dog. One of his favorite things to do is play in the snow, and he loves to bury his head in it. He also likes to play with ice cubes. Another one of his favorite things to do is annoy Mr. Kenfield by chewing on his charger cord or taking his socks. If Mr. Kenfield is watching hockey, Baxter will sometimes growl and bark at the players when they get in a fight.
Meet Frank! Frank is a 2-year-old Maine Coon who belongs to senior Melinda Chen. One of his favorite things to do is sleep on heating pads and beds. Frank loves to be outside and is very dramatic about it, dashing out the door whenever he can. Frank loves being outside so much that he has his own leash for walks. He also loves to drink out of Melinda’s cups and eat her yogurt. Frank is very relatable because he is shy and he hates new people, especially men.
