How did it feel to score your 1000th point?
It felt good and exciting, not many people get to feel this feeling so, it’s fun.
What was it like to know your first point in the game would be a milestone?
I was excited and I was looking forward to it all year. It wasn’t really stressful because I was only 2 points away and I knew I could easily make two points.
How did it feel to end the season at 998 points?
It sucked I guess because I was so close, but it was good that we still won the state championship.
How long have you been playing basketball?
Since I was 4 or 5, close to as long as I can remember really.
What is your favorite part about playing for North?
All my friends, the coaches are great, the trainers, and managers.
What is different about this year compared to others?
This is the team I grew up with and it’s special to finish it with them as seniors.
How are you able to handle the pressure of each game?
I don’t really feel pressure and I go into each game doing the best I can.
How is your team’s chemistry on and off the court?
It’s really good and we have a lot of fun, we are best friends. It’s hard to not have chemistry since we have known each other since our youths.
How is your style of playing different from others you might see?
Well I’m a big guy so I like to use my body… and my head. S/O to Shane for getting me big.
What’s your favorite way to relax and unwind after a challenging game or practice?
Go out to eat with some friends and then I like to go home and play Minecraft on my xbox.
